Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station organized a series of community meetings under the slogan “A Conscious, Distinguished, and Safe Generation,” targeting students, parents, and educational staff as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community partnership and promote a culture of security awareness among future generations.
The meetings were attended by Colonel Mohammed Saeed Ambasi, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department; Colonel Dr. Salem Al Musafri, Head of Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station; representatives from the Federal Social Support Department and the Parents’ Council; administrative and teaching staff from Zainab Girls’ School; students and parents; as well as students from Al Jazeera Al Hamra Boys’ School.
Colonel Dr. Al Musafri emphasized that the initiative, which focused on students in the secondary education stage, aimed to highlight the importance of the integrated partnership between families, educational institutions, and police agencies. He noted that this collaboration plays a vital role in enhancing security and safety, protecting young people, and instilling values of respect for laws and regulations, thereby contributing to the preservation of the security and stability enjoyed by the UAE under its wise leadership and in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior.
During the meeting, participants reviewed a range of proactive police services designed to enhance security and safety, improve customer experience, and reduce the time and effort required to access services. The session also highlighted the efforts of Ras Al Khaimah Police in developing specialized services for senior citizens and People of Determination through outreach initiatives that bring services directly to beneficiaries.
The discussions further explored the future of smart police patrols and their role in providing multiple services to the public through integrated and innovative solutions. Participants also addressed the essential role of the family in raising generations capable of contributing to the nation’s development and prosperity, through effective cooperation between families, schools, police agencies, and other government institutions.
The session featured an interactive dialogue on the importance of community policing partnerships in strengthening the security system and enhancing social stability, emphasizing the shared responsibility of all members of society in achieving these objectives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the floor was opened for questions, suggestions, and developmental ideas from attendees. One of the most prominent recommendations was the proposal to develop a joint awareness guide involving families, schools, and police authorities. The guide would focus on encouraging youth engagement, strengthening cooperation among community stakeholders, promoting security and safety awareness, preparing students for future challenges, and fostering a deeper sense of responsibility, loyalty, and service to the nation and its leadership.
